Equipment features:

The horizontal sterilization pot can be divided into two sterilization methods: steam sterilization and water sterilization. Water sterilization is to heat the hot water in the pot to 121 ℃ through the boiler steam, and carry out heat preservation for different times according to different products, so as to completely kill bacteria. It can be applied to the sterilization of meat products, dairy products, bean products, canned fruits, vegetables, beverage products, egg products and other foods.
