Freezing principle:
The designed air supply device forms a uniform slit, so that the wind speed is high, the impulse is large and uniform, and the effect of high-speed pulse freezing is fully realized.
The "thermal fluctuation" freezing mode formed by the air guide device greatly improves the freezing effect.
At the same time, through a special air supply device, the cold air is introduced to the lower surface of the conveyor belt to quickly exchange heat with the lower part of the material and shorten the freezing time of the material.
