In terms of control of this set of equipment, programmable controller is selected to implement the automatic control of the whole program.
① Temperature control: after setting the value, the display error of temperature is ± 0.5 ℃, which can ensure uniform heating.
② Pressure control: after setting the value, the display error of pressure is ± 0.01 kg / cm, which is very beneficial to prevent the deformation and damage of packaging with poor food quality.
③ Liquid level control: three hot water tanks and two process tanks are equipped in this set of equipment. It can control the liquid level in the container. When the water reaches the predetermined water level, it can automatically stop or shut down the pump, and send a signal or go to the next program.
④ Project progress: in the process of heating, sterilization and cooling, there is a predetermined value of time. The temperature and pressure of water in the tank are controlled by external components such as steam, compressed air and time controller. Therefore, no errors will occur. Therefore, according to the different needs of different products, as long as the time, temperature and pressure required by the project are set, the corresponding digital input screen on the touch screen is directly used to input data.
